Dont wait on experts to tell you that you are depressed..take control
When we first started speaking of the rise in depression and suicide. One of the responses we received was that the latest suicide statistics were from 2007 and we might be wrong about the coming wave.
The SpiritHappy response was that we have received so many responses from suicidal people and cutters that it was overwhelming. We did not wait for officials to tell us..we stated that you must learn to take charge of your mental health to protect yourself from the coming wave then we wrote scienctific backed reports to back this up
Last week we reported about the suicide rise that was just revealed in Michigan and now today the same news comes from Minnesota

Experts say the rate has been growing since 2000, suggesting factors that are more complex than hard times.
Although the increase in calls to suicide hot lines might strike some as predictable during a severe recession, those calls are coming during a more mysterious longer-term trend that has seen the number of suicides in the state rise steadily this entire decade, in good times and bad. Because it’s widely accepted among experts that joblessness and suicide tend to rise in tandem (the highest suicide rates recorded nationwide coincided with the Great Depression), that has mental health professionals worried that the trend could gain further momentum.
I could post letters from “so-called experts” who have said the new suicide stats are not in yet..how do we know the rates are rising.
Well…we were right! .. just in the last month.. 4 States have reported record number of suicides.
IT IS NOT THE ECONOMY ..IT IS A HURT THAT IS IN THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE. EXPERTS NEED AN ANSWER AND THAT WILL BE THE ECONOMY for them . BUT WHEN A 13 YEAR OLD SENDS ME A MAIL SAYING THEY ARE SUICIDING TONIGHT..DO YOU THINK IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE ECONOMY. WE REPORTED ON three 10 YEAR OLDS WHO COMMITTED SUICIDE ALL IN UNRELATED CASES. DO YOU THINK THEY WERE THINKING OF THE ECONOMY? OFCOURSE NOT..
THERE IS A PAIN IN THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE ..
